Mali Thai Kitchen - Thai Street Food by Thai: Experience Authentic Flavors in Jacksonville

My wife and I arrived about the same time they opened. For starters, we ordered some chive cake and Laab Peek Gai wings. Both were crispy good. For our Mains, we shared a Shrimp Pad Thai and Red Chicken Curry both medium heat. Great flavors! Entree portions were on a smaller scale compared to other Thai restaurants, but we ordered enough to be satisfied. Great service! Tip: On our visit, there’s a note stating “Due to staffing shortage, sushi is not available.”

Love this place. We ate there 3 weeks ago and haven't stopped talking about it, so we went again and had lunch. The chive cakes are to die for.

Really good Thai food. Food: great flavor and presentation . I really enjoyed the crispy pork belly dish. For any dish you can choose your spice level: 1-5. Service: Attentive and quick service. Inside: Clean restaurant and cute decor. Can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. FYI: They no longer serve sushi!

The red Thai curry and pad Thai were an absolute delight, perfectly balanced in spice. Every bite felt like a masterpiece! But the real star of the meal? The leek peek Gai wings are to die for. I’m already counting the days until I can go back and indulge again!

I thought it was a good spot. The sushi is the best part. The Pad Thai is too sweet. And I was shocked that hotness wasn't the default question. Why go to a Thai restaurant for zero heat? Would I go back, yes, with an asterisk. Now that I know they CAN make hot food, I would try it. Also, I would not order the Pad Thai again due to it being so sweet. Our server was great also.

Easily some of the best Thai Food I have ever had. Not that Take Out Chinese Food Style with a twist here. The quality of the food was clear as day. Not to mention when I try new places I like to ask the employees to decide my order. The lady who took my order was so sweet and joked with me going through the menu. It’s a hidden gem you have to try! I had the Chive Cakes, Crispy Pork Belly, and Green Curry, DELICIOUS!!!

Lovely new Thai/sushi restaurant. We opted for some Thai food that night, ordered some miso soup and sweet potato coconut fries, pad Thai, and red Thai curry. Flavors were amazing, the curry was very good and tasted so fresh. Decor of the place and general ambience is really nice. They’re so sweet the wrapper around the straws is created into a rose design! The only critique I have to make is I wish the portion of the curry is slightly larger, but other than that it was amazing will definitely be back again!

I was looking to try something new this week and stumbled upon the best Thai food in Jacksonville. Excellent service, a cozy but neat atmosphere, and above all else the most flavorful food. We got the Basil Fried Rice & Drunken Noodle at a 3/5 on the spicyness level. Both were really delicious. 10/10 would recommend!
